- Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
- Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.
- All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.
- Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.)
- Any service unused is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

- Check-in & Check-out time 07:00 hrs. in Puri & Gopalpur. In Bhubaneswar Check-in & Check-out time will be 11:00 hrs.
- Please carry original ID proof (Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License/etc.) for security purpose & hotel policy.
- We need following for processing your booking - Guest Name & Contact Number. Naming List with gender & age.
- On your arrival, we will provide you with local contact numbers of our executives, who will handle the entire tour.
- If any tourist spot does not complete on the closing day & if you want to do the same on next day then you have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
- Please maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
- Please note only those boats are allowed to go inside Bhitarkanika forest which are approved by Forest Department. We are not responsible for the condition of boats. We can only arrange the boat for you.
- Forest remains closed from 26-Dec-2019 to 04-Jan-2020, every year due to annual salt water Crocodile Status Survey.

- 25% Charges of lump sum amount, anytime prior to 30 days of Tour Start.
- 50% Charges of lump sum amount, anytime within 30-15 days prior to Tour Start.
- 75% Charges of lump sum amount, anytime within 15-10 days of Tour Start.
- 100% Retention Charges thereafter.
