Day 1

Bangalore - Yercaud

Pickup from Bangalore Airport/ Railway Station/ your home and transfers to Yercaud. Yercaud is a hill station in Salem district of the Tamil Nadu state in India. It is located in the Shevaroys range of hills in the Eastern Ghats. An year round popular hill station with paanaromic views with pleasantly cool climate. Come here if you want to do NOTHING and just rejuvenate in the lapse of nature over your upcoming weekend. Upon arrival, check into the hill resort. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay at resort.

Day 2

Yercaud city tour

After breakfast, proceed for a full day city tour of the pretty little hill station. The most popular tourist attraction is the Big lake that is well maintained and surrounded by gardens. It offers boating opportunities that is one of the best way to enjoy the scenic beauty of the town. A must do activity while being here on your list. Then proceed to visit Ladys Seat that provides a specatcular view of the Salem town. Kiliyur Falls, at a distance of 3 kms from Yercaud city, Killiyur Falls -This 3000 feet high water falls is situated amidst picturesque surroundings. Hitting mighty rocks and gushing through the greens, this waterfall offers breathtaking view. The Servaroyan Temple is situated on the top of the Servaroyan hill. The road up to the temple is very beautiful. Temple itself is in a dark cave and seats god Servarayan and the goddess Kaveri, representing Shervaroy Hills and the Cauvery river. Later return to the resort and spend some great time at leisure. Overnight stay at resort.
